Manish Sisodia had a direct role in Delhi liquor scam: ED tells court

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said the Delhi liquor policy was framed to benefit certain individuals.

The probe agency made the statement on Friday at Delhi's Rose Avenue Court during the hearing for former Delhi Deputy Minister Manish Sisodia.

The ED told the court the policy was framed without accepting public opinion and to provide around 12 percent profit to wholesalers.
